Winter blew in today at 50 mph. It’s got me thinking about good DIY wintertime crafts to do with the kids. Making this fudge sauce is really the hardest part because it requires about 30 minutes of constant stirring. Depending on the number of kids, you can double or triple the following recipe, which makes enough for 4 small size jars:
- 1 stick of butter, melted on the stove
- 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chip morsels
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
